Employment Status : Hourly, (Non-Exempt)

Primary Location : Ontario, CA

Pay Range : $18 - $20

Compensation : Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and equity with other employees in similar roles.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Runner to join our team! The ideal candidate should have basic skills and be able to pass DMV, Criminal, and Drug screenings.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist crew members with materials and tools.
• Deliver parts and supplies to job sites.
• Pick up materials needed for daily projects.
• Maintain cleanliness of yard and warehouse.
• Ensure safety by cleaning spills and hazards immediately.
• Drive company vehicles as required.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Ability to operate forklift and skid steer safely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numbers.
• Proficiency with computer software (Word, Excel, etc.) and office equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills with employees, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to identify problems and analyze data related to materials and tools.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Team player.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; willingness to work overtime if needed.

Physical Demands :

• Work indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
• Maintain visual and auditory contact for safety.
• Work around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, climbing, and twisting.
• Wear safety gear including boots, glasses, and helmets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

• Driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 certification.
