The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services, focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high-quality products, and fostering an environment that enhances both staff and client experiences.

KPMG is seeking a Partner Administrative Assistant to support a range of activities ensuring a high-quality product.

What You Will Do
  1. Provide administrative support to partners and management teams.
  2. Adhere to risk management and branding guidelines in compliance with national standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Coordinate, prepare, edit, and proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software.
  4. Manage partners’ calendars and contact databases proactively and independently to optimize their time.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements.
  6. Organize meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and prepare necessary materials.
  7. Assist in the proposal process, collaborating with the proposal team and coordinator.
  8. Prepare and submit expense reports for management teams.

Business needs may require employees to work beyond their normal hours. We also support flexibility to accommodate personal matters.

What You Bring To The Role
  1. Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe products, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
  2. Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong project management abilities.
  5. Good judgment and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  7. Adaptability to changing client demands.
  8. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
  9. College diploma or relevant administrative experience is an asset.
