SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Must Have:

• Domain knowledge: Deep understanding of Data Analytics cloud ecosystem and leading-edge cloud emerging technologies.
• Architecture design: Experienced in several technology architecture design or re-design efforts applied to Data Analytics, especially on native cloud resources configuration, provisioning, data ingestion, orchestration, and reporting.
• Solution design: Familiar with data workflow concepts and how they integrate with application solutions in a cross-applications context.
• Client Management: Can consolidate business requirements and translate them into a solution architecture, communicating them back to the client in an understandable way. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate architectural decisions into business value and business case.
• Value Management: Can identify the effectiveness and completeness of business and technology strategies, ensuring alignment with clients and other applicable cross-organization strategies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in one or more Agile and/or Cloud transformations, i.e., transitioning from traditional IT methodologies to a cloud environment.
• A mature perspective on architecture and its role in a dynamic company.
• Excellent understanding of technologies (current and emerging).
• Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
