This posting is for current and future opportunities and will be filled on an as-needed basis. Applications will be considered for any openings that become available between now and December 31, 2025.

Under the direct supervision of the League Convener for all Oakville Recreational Leagues, the timekeeper will control the score clock and monitor the game activity.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the games and record all statistical information. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Goals/Assists
2. Points
3. Penalties
4. Game Misconducts
5. Final Score
2. Control the score clock
3. Ensure that the referees and players sign the game sheet
4. Return all game sheet information to the League Convener

1. Knowledge of hockey, basketball, volleyball, and/or pickleball rules and leagues.
2. Previous timekeeping experience is an asset.
3. Experience in customer service is an asset.
4. Data entry and processing skills.

1. 3 – 4 hours a shift
2. Shifts available Monday - Saturday
3. Commitment of 24 weeks
4. Available to work evenings

Please note that successful candidates, who are new hires and/or who have not performed in this position previously, will be required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check, with vulnerable sector screening, dated within the last 30 days as a condition of employment.
