Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at SPATIO, you will work in a small, driven product team and actively contribute to the development of our advanced planning board (built in Ruby on Rails) and our technician app (developed in Flutter). Whether you specialize in one of these components or take on both, you will have ample opportunity to develop yourself. Additionally, you will learn how to deploy updates in various environments, such as AWS, Azure, or On-Premise.

Our Development Methodology

• Fixed Time, Variable Scope: We work in fixed periods of six weeks, focusing on flexibility in the scope of work.
• Shaping Work: Prior to the development phase, we prepare work packages to ensure everything is clear and achievable.
• Small Teams, Big Responsibility: Small teams carry significant responsibility and seek creative solutions within clear frameworks.
• Technologies include Ruby on Rails, Flutter (Dart), Docker / Kamal.

We work on MacBook Pros with 4K screens and use GitLab for version control and collaboration, while managing our tickets with Jira.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a true team mentality. You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English and are present in the office at least one day a week.

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with or willingness to learn: Ruby on Rails, Flutter (Dart), Docker / Kamal.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience with version control (GitLab) and ticketing (Jira).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integrations.

Salary range between €4,500 - €6,500, with additional performance-based bonuses.
