Job Title: General Manager

Reporting to the District Manager, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) oversees daily operations of a single restaurant with 15-25 employees. The RGM ensures quality food, guest satisfaction, and is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards. The role involves implementing corporate policies, training and developing staff, and achieving restaurant goals as directed by management.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
  2. Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  3. Ensure preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  4. Manage profit and loss, implement marketing strategies, and oversee cash control and security procedures.
  5. Manage inventory, labor, and analyze financial reports to optimize results.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and food safety standards.
  7. Lead recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts.
  8. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  9. Attend shifts, meetings, and training regularly.
  10. Demonstrate strong math skills and computer literacy.
  11. Set daily directions for staff to support business objectives.
  12. Manage the restaurant budget within set guidelines.
Additional Information
  • There is a 6-month training period that requires a passport. Sponsorship or international relocation assistance is not available at this time.
