Position Title: IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager role will follow the ATS IT PMO Methodology to effectively and consistently lead IT Projects from initial inception to final operations handover. The incumbent for this role is responsible for providing guidance and support to project team members ensuring project success.
The IT Project Manager role will work closely with project sponsors and business leads to facilitate the coordination and execution of IT Projects. The incumbent for this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with team members across ATS divisions and leading cross-functional teams to satisfy strategic business requirements for many different types of projects.
Education:
• University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline
• PMP Certification
• Graduate degree such as an MBA is an asset
Experience:
• Over 5 years of experience in the Project Manager role
• Experience with the successful delivery of large Enterprise/Global initiatives. Familiarity with current IT Infrastructure Technology, Networking, Enterprise Software Solutions (ERP, CRM, HRIS, PLM) and Cyber Security Technology is preferred.
• Exposure working for fast-paced, global manufacturing/engineering companies. Experience with compliance programs: GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Project Scheduling Tools, Planview) and Microsoft Office.
• A thorough understanding of IT Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile is required.
• Knowledge of Global Data Privacy and Protection regulations and experience implementing systems that comply with the regulations.
