About the Team

DoorDash is seeking top talent to play a pivotal role in expanding our New Verticals Business across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We value individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to drive our next phase of growth.

About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Manager for our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team to focus on growing our DashMart business in Canada. Your responsibilities will include initiatives related to growth, marketing, quality, cost, and efficiency. You will identify significant quality and cost improvements that will directly impact our ability to scale our New Verticals businesses. This role requires a blend of hard and soft skills, including data analysis & visualization, business intelligence, marketing collateral design, stakeholder management, and project management. You will work on campaign planning & execution, and reporting on performance marketing outcomes. Our work model is hybrid: we prioritize in-person meetings once a quarter, with flexibility to work from home or the office most days. You must be based in Canada and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across North America. You will report to a Manager and serve as an individual contributor.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $108,000 to $135,000 CAD, depending on skills, experience, and location within British Columbia. In addition, opportunities for equity grants are available.
