Job Description

Our high-performing Streaming Services team is searching for individuals who are curious, innovative, knowledgeable, and excited about sports to join us as Sports Specialists.

As a specialist, you will provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador for our customer, helping to deliver on their mission to serve sports fans anytime, anywhere, and connect fans to the sports and games they love most. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating best-in-class experiences for all fans contacting us by demonstrating patience and acknowledging customer problems and issues.
• Educating fans, helping them accomplish their goals (such as streaming a game or creating a fantasy account), and talking sports while doing it.
• Effectively using all available technology tools and resources to resolve fan inquiries.
• Developing and maintaining a general knowledge of the client’s products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in website and digital navigation and interaction.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for sports.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
