We will count on you to:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation).
  2. Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
  3. Adhere to company policies and performance standards.
  4. Update reports based on predefined templates regularly to ensure accurate entry.
  5. Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation.

What you need to have:

  1. Bilingual in French and English.
  2. 1+ years of administrative work experience.
  3. An ability to complete similar tasks with excellent care and attention.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent.

  1. Assurer la production et le traitement précis et ponctuel des documents et informations pertinents (y compris la préparation des rapports).
  2. Contribuer à la réalisation des accords de niveau de service (SLA), des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des objectifs commerciaux.
  3. Adhérer aux politiques et aux normes de performance de l’entreprise.
  4. Mettre à jour régulièrement les rapports selon des modèles prédéfinis afin de garantir l'exactitude des saisies.
  5. Maîtriser les bases des aspects fondamentaux de la législation pertinente en matière d'assurance et des lois connexes.

Qualifications requises :

  1. Bilingue français-anglais.
  2. Au moins un an d’expérience en administration.
  3. Capacité à effectuer des tâches similaires avec un excellent souci du détail.
  4. Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
