Position: Sales Consultant at Burrard Acura

Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Following up on all leads from various sources.
  2. Meeting individual and departmental goals.
  3. Promoting new business and expanding our customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
  4. Providing an exceptional customer experience to exceed expectations.
  5. Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, including participating in training sessions.
  6. Setting monthly productivity goals and planning strategies to achieve them.
  7. Maintaining strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Effective negotiation skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to work hard and meet deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing attitude.
  • Procedure-oriented approach.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to sales processes and the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to follow through on leads and close sales.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Internet & MS Office) and maintaining records.
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset; extensive manufacturer training will be provided.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
  • Valid VSA License, British Columbia Driver’s License, and a current driver’s record abstract are required.
