Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse clerk, you will play a crucial role in stock management and material distribution within the facility's services. As a resource on availability, you may be called to work at different sites within the CIUSSS of the West Island of Montreal, depending on operational needs.

Daily tasks include:

• Stock management and distribution: Receive, verify, store, and distribute supplies to various departments as needed. Maintain an up-to-date inventory and apply best practices such as FIFO. Report missing items, suggest substitutes during shortages, and follow up on orders.
• Quality control and record keeping: Regularly inspect products to ensure they are not expired or damaged. Remove non-compliant materials and perform necessary follow-ups. Accurately record stock movements in computerized systems and participate in annual inventories.
• Logistical support and collaboration: Prepare documents and materials for returns and deliver them to the relevant department. Collaborate closely with internal teams (purchasing, receiving, clinical services) and suppliers as needed. Perform any other related tasks as directed by immediate supervisor.

Schedule:

The current needs are for day shifts, Monday to Friday, up to 35 hours per week.
