Who we're looking for :

We are seeking a skilled Manager, Data Science with experience in developing AI and Machine Learning data products. You need to have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and be proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models.

What you will do :
  1. Bring a passion and urgency for creating superior operational intelligence that drives tangible benefits, aligning with Care Nation's strategic priorities (Reducing friction, driving solutions, and being a world-class operator).
  2. Be a trusted advisor in solving business problems in collaboration with Care Nation stakeholders, providing thought leadership and generating actionable insights about our Solution Centre and operational performance, especially in Contact Centre analytics and statistical methodologies.
  3. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to drive predictive analytics and automate processes, continuously monitoring and improving model performance.
  4. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate models and ensure robustness.
  5. Support data analytics and reporting requests related to Care Operations to generate meaningful insights, interpreting complex data points into concise insights for all organizational levels, including SLT & ELT.
  6. Develop reliable data integrations and ETLs with various data sources, using technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau.
  7. Build plans to educate, coach, and mentor team members on technical execution and stakeholder engagement to generate value from solutions.
  8. Influence cross-functional leadership teams, navigate competing priorities, and secure support from SLT on initiatives that drive operational excellence and reduce friction.
What you will bring :
  1. A drive, energy, and urgency to deliver innovative insights and support leadership decision-making.
  2. Curiosity about integrating cutting-edge technology into operations as an early technology adopter.
  3. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  5. 5+ years building and deploying machine learning models.
  6. 3+ years in the Telecommunications industry or Operations Management.
  7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
