Job Responsibilities :
- This role involves providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products.
- Applicants should aim to apply and expand their knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
- This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Work with clients to plan their short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money management solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
Required Qualifications :
- Hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the Series 66 but have Series 63 or 65, an offer can be extended on the condition that you pass the Series 66 within 60 days.
- Have at least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded, including at least one year in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Possess broad and deep relationship management product/solutions knowledge and experience.
- Act as a client advocate.
- Be a self-starter who manages time and capacity efficiently.

Desired Qualifications :
- Proven ability to partner and promote lead generation.
- Experience balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client development.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus.
- Insurance licenses are desirable.

Pay range : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, with offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
