Position: Account Executive

The Account Executive role involves utilizing your insurance expertise to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they have appropriate coverage.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Assist new and existing customers by recommending suitable products and services.
• Foster customer retention through strong relationship-building and quality service.
• Navigate online portals of various insurance partners to process applications.
• Quote new business via outbound calls and walk-in inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance Underwriters to comply with guidelines.
• Prospect and upsell across all lines of business.
• Act as liaison between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
• Engage in ongoing self-development through industry involvement and courses.

Candidate Profile:

• Must possess an L1 License.
• Bi-lingual in French is a strong asset.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Experience managing a book of business or similar work experience.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Passionate about helping others, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Location: Halifax Regional Area / New Brunswick - Hybrid / Remote
