What does this role involve?
- Manage a multi-discipline team to achieve business profit objectives through continual focus on client needs, systems, HSE, quality, employee engagement and sound technical and commercial decision making.
- Provide safe, timely, innovative and cost-effective site services and operations management through continual focus on Client needs, ensuring staff are technically competent and committed, and undertaking business activities in line with the Business Strategy and Company Values.
- Prepare submissions for clients and interface with assigned client organisations from implementation through ongoing service delivery, contract renewal and expansion.
- Participate in or lead relevant forums to ensure the organisation’s technical advantages are maintained, particularly as they relate to the reduction of costs.
- Prepare and manage a group budget and work schedules and liaise with project managers in the achievement of profit objectives for each client engagement.
- Lead projects relating to the alteration and improvement of existing operational methods.
- Liaise with other regions and/or functional groups to optimise workflows to client internal/external client expectations.
What are we looking for in our future team member?
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Professional Engineer accreditation
- At least 10 years’ experience, preferably covering a mix of design and operations, within the resources sector with at least 5 in the minerals process industry.
- At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory position in operations and/or maintenance.
- Communication and leadership skills combined with the ability to provide advanced technical solutions and problem-solving are essential to the role.
- Experience managing a processing facility will be favourable.

Salary Range: 200,000.00 - 250,000.00 CAD
