Responsibilities
  1. Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  2. Work with sales agents to guide clients to homes
  3. Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria
  4. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
  5. Generate leads for at least 10 hours a week
  6. Participate in weekly script practice as per team standards
  7. Engage in team activities as per team standards
  8. Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  9. Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

  • Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and find suitable homes
  • Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
