Reporting to the SVP HR & Chief Ethics Officer, this position is responsible for leading the Compensation, Benefits, and Organization Design portfolio. The Director supervises a team of professionals to oversee company-wide services and programs, including setting the strategic direction for total compensation to attract and retain talent that meets business needs. The role involves reporting to the board on total rewards matters such as pension, compensation, and benefits, and managing the departments responsible for delivering these products and services.
