Job Description:

• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
• Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial data and present findings to the board.
• Oversee the end-to-end audit process and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Identify risks to delivery, propose solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Handle working capital management and produce cash flow forecasts.
• Lead the team responsible for payroll, VAT, and HMRC compliance processes.
