Position Overview

The Seafood Clerk is responsible for performing the full range of duties professionally, accurately, and timely. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty, fulfilling customer needs, and contributing to an engaging environment for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Process customer seafood orders.
• Execute merchandising and program initiatives for seafood products.
• Handle and prepare seafood products.
• Promote products actively to increase store sales.
• Participate in training junior staff.
• Order and receive stock according to inventory control procedures.
• Manage department shrink.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
