Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology and senior care? Caregiver4Me Technology Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in IoT devices designed for seniors, and we are launching our first pilot product—a smartwatch that automatically monitors key bio-indicators, provides GPS tracking, and sends emergency alerts when incidents occur (such as falls, GPS boundary breaches, or abnormal health readings). This product is set to revolutionize senior care and is ready to be introduced to the market, targeting senior homes, care facilities, and private users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior homes, care facilities, and individual users.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the healthcare and senior care sectors.
• Present and demonstrate our smartwatch solution to potential customers, showcasing its benefits for senior safety and well-being.
• Work closely under the Sales Director (based remotely in China) to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach and brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or technology-related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a remote manager.
• Passion for technology-driven solutions that enhance senior well-being.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is an asset.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
