is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join a dynamic and expanding team in Valcourt, QC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and simulate algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink to create control solutions for electromechanical environments.
• Design software interfaces using standardized methodologies and continuously improve them.
• Create specifications supporting tenders for electrical and electronic equipment suppliers.
• Collaborate with design, production, purchasing, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering teams, and suppliers throughout the product development process.
• Contribute to future strategies for development and validation of high-level software layers.

Qualifications:

• Autonomy and leadership: positive team spirit, proactive, autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software, robotics, or equivalent with over 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle communication networks (CAN) and protocols (an asset).
• Ability to integrate electrical, electronic, software, and mechanical principles.
• Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Languages: French and English.
• Knowledge of embedded programming, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• OIQ membership: Mandatory.
