Position Overview: As a Data Analyst chart reviewer, you must be CHIM certified with knowledge of reviewing and analyzing Inpatient medical coding (ICD10CA/CCI) in an Acute hospital setting. The incumbent will perform health information functions related to databases within Health Coding services, acting as a liaison between clinicians and HIM professionals to ensure data quality, clinical documentation, and ICD10CA/CCI coding accuracy. You may be scheduled at the General or Birchmount campus based on departmental needs.
