Job description

Genesee County Co. is hiring in our customer service safety department.

This is an entry-level management position in the Safety Department.

Responsibilities include setting up displays for homeowners and small business owners about the latest fire-related research to ensure they are prepared for emergencies. We assist in evaluating home risks, planning escape routes, and providing solutions. We also offer fire safety equipment such as sensors, fire extinguishers, egress ladders, burn kits, fire blankets, and more.

No experience is necessary.

We will fully train all new personnel to provide information and consultation.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Communicating with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
• Visiting clients at their homes to discuss fire safety measures.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Reliable transportation and a valid license are required.
• Experience in EMS, fire, police, or military service is preferred but not required.
