Job description

We are seeking a Relief Part Time Home Support Scheduler at Sahali Mall in Kamloops, BC.

Days of work: Rotating, Days, Evenings

Shift times: 06:00 to 14:00, 13:00 to 21:00

This is a relief position until February 27, 2026, or the return of the incumbent.

What will you work on?

The Home Support Scheduler is responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules. Duties may include:

  • Receiving service referrals and changes;
  • Reviewing client needs and matching Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required;
  • Scheduling, monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting Community Health Worker’s schedules and client appointments;
  • Confirming completion of client service to referral clinicians;
  • Timekeeping.
What should your application include?
  • A 5-minute typing test (30+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 24 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details;
  • Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program;
  • Your Resume indicating two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
