Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning, prioritization, and design.
• Understand the business problem the project is tasked with solving and ensure the project team maintains focus on it.
• Work with the project team to define and manage the project scope.
• Work on business requirements related to IT / Digital Development.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create, monitor, and regularly review sprint plans, seeking opportunities for optimization.
• Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings across various organizational levels.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical team members to support project deliverables.
• Identify project issues or roadblocks and develop mitigation and resolution steps.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for project and process improvements.

Qualifications
