General Summary: Provide direct service, coordination of care, and linkage to services andadvocacy, as needed to individual client and/or family for the purpose of assisting client with their overall life management and recovery.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, First Shift

All employees are considered benefit eligible if their schedule is 17.5 hours per week or more. Time-off balances are pro-rated for part-time employees. Insurance plans remain the same regardless of FT or PT benefit eligibility.
