Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct short-term interventions with EAP clients (3-6 sessions per client)
  • Manage a varied workload with different client types and reasons for consultation
  • Work Monday to Friday, with day and evening shifts
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team passionate about mental health
Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a title such as social worker, psychologist, psychoeducator, psychotherapist, or sexologist
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field
  • Active member of your professional order in Quebec
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to handle crisis or high-risk situations (e.g., suicidal risk, domestic violence, child protection)
