Job Description :

We are seeking a Kinaxis Supply Chain Consultant to support supply chain planning, optimization, and execution using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain processes and be skilled in configuring and implementing Kinaxis solutions across industries such as automotive, high-tech, life sciences, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Implement and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse to optimize supply chain operations.
2. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design effective supply chain solutions.
3. Develop dashboards, analytics, and scenario modeling within Kinaxis.
4. Integrate Kinaxis with ERP and other supply chain systems.
5. Troubleshoot system issues, support upgrades, and provide user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
2. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
3. Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience working in industries such as automotive, electronics, life sciences, or consumer goods.
2. Kinaxis certification is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Data Modeling: Understand and map business data to the Kinaxis data model, creating hierarchies, relationships, and custom fields to accurately represent supply chain processes.
• Worksheet Design: Develop complex worksheets within Kinaxis, including calculations, expressions, and conditional logic for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling.
• Workflow Automation: Design and configure automated workflows using Kinaxis.
• Report Creation: Build customized reports and dashboards to provide KPIs and insights to stakeholders.
• Integration Management: Work with IT to integrate Kinaxis with other enterprise systems for data consistency.
• Security & Access Management: Manage user access and authorizations.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and support for end users.
• Release & Upgrade: Participate in system upgrades and analyze release notes.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize performance using SQL concepts and Kinaxis best practices.
