Job description

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Solution Architect – Security & Controls for a contract with one of our clients in Montreal.

*Remote : Hybrid- 2-3 days/week in the office*

What does your day to day look like?

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including Security Architecture, Security Governance, Project Management, and Delivery to gather all required inputs for the Solution Design Document (SDD).
• Accurately document every element of the security solution, ensuring clarity, structure, and technical rigor.
• Produce concise, well-organized documentation accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure that all documentation remains up to date, accurate, and reflects the reality of the implemented solution.
• Secure the appropriate approvals for each version of the SDD, and manage ongoing updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Guarantee consistency across all documents to avoid contradictions or discrepancies.
• Participate in defining the test strategy and help prepare test cases to validate alignment between implementation and the specifications in the SDD.

What we're looking for?

• Technical Writing Skills: Proven ability to produce clear, structured documentation for complex IT security solutions.
• IAM Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies, particularly in SAP and Saviynt.
• Hands-on Application Experience: Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Saviynt, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
• IAM Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of IAM automation, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SoX Compliance Controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
