Responsibilities

The Project Manager will assist the President and Chief Medical Officer in supervising, managing and directing ongoing projects for the organization. The Project Manager will provide day-to-day coordination of projects and ensure that all aspects of these projects are completed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience required.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Minimum two years’ experience in project management preferred.
4. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital revenue cycle/business office preferred.

Holy Family Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $69,000.00 to $100,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, taking into account various factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
