We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd, an IT services company specialized in the financial sector, mainly serving banks, FinTechs, and insurance companies.

About the role


Our office managers help with administrative tasks like writing letters, keeping track of finances, organizing appointments, and overseeing filing systems. Although no two days will ever be the same, your daily tasks will consist of:

  1. Manage the office's daily operations, making sure that everything runs smoothly and effectively.
  2. Oversee and assist a small team, offering direction and leadership to guarantee excellent performance and service standards.
  3. Oversee client records and ensure compliance with legal requirements in the financial services industry.
  4. Organize office tasks, such as correspondence, scheduling, and meeting administration.
  5. Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented smoothly.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries, address problems, and escalate as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  7. Assist with the creation and administration of audits, internal reports, and other important documents.
  8. Support Financial Advisers and other employees with administrative duties, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
  9. Enhance office performance by managing resources effectively and implementing continuous improvements.
  10. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and improve the client experience.
  11. Maintain office supplies, tools, and services to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

As an office manager, you will be responsible for:

In addition to having sound financial judgment, you must possess outstanding communication skills, personal credibility, and the dedication to create and uphold efficient office procedures suitable for a hybrid workplace. You should be proficient in using complex databases, Microsoft Office, and meeting deadlines. A measurable dedication to the principles of the trade union movement is preferred but not necessary.
