Role Overview :

We are seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technical operations for our team and clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, managing system performance, and supporting a seamless remote work experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to remote employees and clients via phone, email, and remote tools

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, and devices

Ensure data security protocols and company policies are followed

Collaborate with other departments to implement tech improvements

Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system

Assist in software updates and IT training for team members

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, network setups, and security protocols

Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
