Job description

As the Landscape/Snow Removal Manager, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and experience. You will be responsible for property maintenance and landscaping work in the summer, and snow removal operations in the winter. This role reports to the Operations Manager and will oversee a team of approximately 20 people during peak summer season, and about 10 during winter months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Technical/College Diploma in Horticulture (an asset)
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Experience operating various types of snow plowing equipment
• Knowledge of cultivation, diseases, insects, fungi, and plant treatment options

Responsibilities

• Creating job plans and coordinating equipment and resources
