Function Overview
The Corporate Finance Advisory team supports the delivery of capital market solutions to our clients by partnering with various sector and product teams. Responsibilities include analysis, idea generation, financing recommendations, and identifying business opportunities, focusing on debt capacity, capital structure, and rating agency processes.
Position Highlights
We are seeking an Analyst or Associate to work on a variety of transactions, supporting senior team members in business development and execution. Early in your career, you will focus on financial modeling, research, credit analysis, and preparing client presentations. As you grow, responsibilities will increase, including managing live projects and client interactions.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze clients' financial needs
- Gather and interpret market data
- Conduct credit rating analyses
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials
- Coordinate with rating agencies and deal teams
- Identify new business opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate or investment banking, leveraged finance, or at a rating agency
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology
- CFA, CPA, or similar designation is a plus
- Strong academic and extracurricular achievements
Work Arrangement:
This role is onsite, with 4-5 days/week in the office, subject to change.
