We are adding 10 Background Screening Analysts to our team (12 month Contracts)

Start Date: June 16th, 2025

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM ADT to 2:30PM ADT

The Role: Background Screening Analyst

We’re seeking detail-oriented, curious, and hardworking individuals to join us as Background Screening Analysts. Our BSAs help clients mitigate risks from undesirable hires, CV lies, and degree fraud. You will work with UK and global clients, helping protect their business, brand, and reputation. You’ll undertake and complete various background checks as part of our existing teams.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive background screenings, including Criminal Record Checks, academic verifications, and employment reference checks, following guidelines and legislation.
2. Dispatch and follow up on reference and verification requests, recording actions and outcomes.
3. Accurately record findings and outcomes, including expenses for billing.
4. Flag adverse findings or discrepancies between candidate information and research outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Experience in customer service, with skills in handling inquiries and managing workloads.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
3. Thoroughness and accuracy in completing tasks.
4. Ability to handle high volumes of transactional tasks (80-100 items daily).
5. Professional communication skills, including email etiquette and phone manner.
6. Familiarity with office software like Google Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
7. Exceptional attention to detail.
8. Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
9. Availability to start as soon as April 28, 2025.
