Overview

As part of our Benefits and HR consulting team, you'll assist clients of all sizes and industries in creating better workplaces. We seek a Benefits Consultant with the character and personality to work with a motivated, personable team. Your role involves driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients through consulting on employee benefits.

How you'll make an impact

• Develop and acquire new business revenue, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue
• Participate in team sales situations
• Build a pipeline of new and existing client opportunities
• Introduce Gallagher's full-service offerings, helping clients evaluate opportunities to reduce costs and risks
• Stay informed on industry, market, and legislative trends affecting benefits and compliance
• Develop and present proposals that reflect client needs and Gallagher's capabilities
• Maintain interdivision relationships aligned with our workplace culture

About you

You will be successful if you possess:

• Experience in developing new business and maintaining client relationships
• Background in Benefits Administration and Consulting is preferred
