Job description

Compensation: $22 – $25 / hour (full-time / permanent)

Water Damage Technicians at On Side are essential in restoring calm and order after water-related disasters in homes and businesses. They respond to emergencies such as burst pipes, blocked drains, and sewer backups, working with urgency and empathy to assist clients.

The Job – Water Damage Technician

WDTs respond to water-related emergencies, working as part of a team to clean up and restore properties to their pre-disaster condition. Understanding the urgency and maintaining a caring approach are critical to success.

Preferred but not required: industry experience such as demolition, carpentry, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or related fields.

Additional qualifications that can contribute: IICRC Water Damage Technician Certification (training provided if needed).

Note: This role requires participation in a rotating schedule with 24/7 on-call availability due to the unpredictable nature of emergencies.
