  5. Collaborate with delivery and support teams to ensure environment consistency.
  6. Manage data feeds and ensure batch jobs run on schedule, fine-tuning as needed.
  7. Produce, update, and review Run Books and Implementation Plans.
  8. Provide expertise on InfoSec / IT Security best practices and change management policies.
  9. Address security vulnerabilities and maintain server hygiene.

  11. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  12. Champion modern practices like CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and test-driven development.
  13. Design and develop solutions from architecture to coding.
  14. Collaborate with product teams on customer-centric solutions.
  15. Explore new technologies to keep RBC at the forefront of innovation.
  16. Monitor process execution and system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  17. Provide incident triage, investigation, and resolution, including deploying automated recovery scripts.
  18. Ensure incidents are properly managed according to SLAs and processes.
  19. Manage communications with third-party support vendors and coordinate incident management.
  20. Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
