Job description

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a HR Generalist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist with a financial services background.

As a HR Generalist, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Sourcing, screening, and analysing applicants, short-listing, and offer management throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate will guarantee that the procedure is properly documented.

  2. Managing both the hiring manager's and candidates' experiences.

  3. Working with a senior recruiter to assist the Channels Technology group's substantial growing portfolio of technical roles.

Qualifications required for the HR Generalist include:

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. 3-5 years recruiting experience in the Technology and Operations sector with a strong preference for experience with recruiting developers (Java/C#/.NET/Angular/Full Stack), mobile development, architecture, etc.
  3. Experience recruiting for the Capital Markets domain in addition to technical recruitment experience preferred.
  4. 3-5 years' experience working in agency or corporate environments.
