Position and/or Project Description:
- Performs general and advanced analytics, forecasting & optimization. Builds models and produces
- analytics reports. Mines data to uncover previously undetected patterns. Consults with business areas
- on reporting solutions, including process mapping to improve data collection.
Mandatory Education/Certifications: University Degree in Administration, computer science, system analysis or related study
Mandatory Experience:
- Demonstrated record of continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience building dashboard, reports or data driven solutions.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps, OSI Pi Historian, IPS Asset Manager, SAP Success Factors & Azure Databricks
- Experience working in a Product Model & SCRUM methodology

Deliverables:
- Lead or participate in requirements gathering workshops with business & technical audience.
- Develop user stories with business partners and contribute to story point estimation.
- Lead in creation of functional requirements documentation.
- Mapping of data from source systems to functional requirements of data in business terms.
- Deliver solutions using agile sprint methodology.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
- Define user acceptance testing strategy and facilitate testing of solutions.
- Assist in Post implementation/cut-over activities.
- Facilitate scope management utilizing user stories and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with solution architect and developer on technology solutions.
- Perform process mapping and lineage on data points.
- Articulate quality assurance plans on analytics solutions
- Update and maintain solution documentation.
