The Vice President of Data and AI will lead our Data and AI functions, overseeing teams and individuals who drive the development and enhancement of foundational data capabilities, architecture, and infrastructure. • Deliver: Build multi-year roadmaps with key technical and business milestones, organizational structure, and talent plans.

• Optimize: Continuously improve data processes and workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to embed data insights into decision-making.
• Empower: Mentor and train teams to foster a data-driven culture and develop skills in analytics and AI.
• Monitor: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep capabilities cutting-edge.
• Govern: Establish data governance policies ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Communicate: Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to drive understanding and alignment.
• Measure: Define KPIs to assess the impact of data and AI initiatives on business outcomes.

You thrive here by possessing the following

• Minimum of 10 years in data management, analytics, and AI, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Advanced certifications in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Proven success in architecting and deploying large-scale data infrastructure and AI solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in financial technology, SaaS, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and visualization tools.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, with relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty are a plus.
