The ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of tax planning and implementation, focusing on corporate tax, and will be skilled in structuring both public and private transactions, including reorganizations, financings, and cross-border tax planning. They should also have a strong track record of advising clients on public capital market transactions, working with major corporations and financial institutions on domestic and international tax matters.
