Azure Databricks Engineer – RCM

Location: Onsite in Burnaby, BC

Our proprietary and vertically integrated EMR technology solutions enable providers to enhance medication adherence through improved access, an owned physician network, and information management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Databricks Engineer and Lead to join our core development team. This role involves supporting and building our next suite of products, specifically a Revenue Cycle Management system. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to designing and implementing various product features, leveraging their experience with the Microsoft stack and learning new technologies as needed. Since we are an innovative healthcare startup, agility and adaptability are essential.

Your Role:

• Support, design, and develop RCM software utilizing Databricks/Data Factory, primarily using GoLang and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and develop new features.
• Leverage Azure-based infrastructure and cloud technologies to ensure scalability aligned with customer growth.
• Partner with business analysts and other developers to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, including architecture design, coding, code reviews, and skills development.
• Support the development and operation of the Aarista RCM platform.

• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement across various technologies.
