We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead our digital transformation program using agile methodology. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of digital solutions and drive change across the Line of Business (LOB) to enhance efficiency, productivity, and digital capabilities. Experience in the automotive industry and fluency in French are preferred.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage the digital transformation program in an agile environment, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria within an agile framework.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership and IT teams to align the digital transformation with LOB goals, fostering close cooperation between business and IT.
4. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives, including technology deployment, process optimization, and change management.
5. Monitor progress, identify issues or risks, and address them proactively within an agile framework.
6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
7. Implement best practices and industry standards for digital transformation to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Work with vendors to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
9. Stay informed about industry trends in digital technology and recommend relevant strategies, preferably within the insurance sector.
10. Act as a champion for the digital transformation, promoting awareness and organizational buy-in through communication, training, and support.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in insurance or automotive industries.
3. Experience with Salesforce solutions and their deployment.
4. Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. 10-15 years of experience managing IT portfolios, projects, resources, and leveling.
7. Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation, such as PMP or PMI, are a plus.
8. Proven track record as a program manager managing complex digital initiatives within an agile framework.
9. Deep understanding of digital technologies and best practices, ideally within the insurance industry.
10. Experience collaborating with IT teams or within the insurance sector is preferred.
11. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an agile setting.
12. Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and drive change.
13. Fluency in French is a plus.
