Job Title: HR Administrator, NA & LATAM

Job Summary:

The HR Administrator for NA & LATAM is a 12-month contract position supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, employee records management, recruitment assistance, and general HR support to ensure smooth operations.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  2. Assist with recruitment, including posting ads, scheduling interviews, and background checks.
  3. Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
  4. Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  5. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR policy information.
  6. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  7. Organize and maintain HR files and documentation.
  8. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
