POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager, Community Respite Services, is responsible for managing the community respite provider network at Anthony's Villa Inc. This role involves attracting new respite providers, overseeing their onboarding and training, managing billing and reimbursement, handling client referrals, and ensuring the financial health of the program. The Program Manager will work closely with providers to enhance service delivery, supporting the overall mission of Anthony's Villa to create a brighter future for everyone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage Community Respite Provider Network
Attract New Respite Providers
Manage Onboarding and Training of Community Respite Providers
Manage Billing and Reimbursement for Respite Providers
Manage Respite Client Referrals
Manage P&L for Community Respite Providers
Collaboration and Communication
Process Improvement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work is primarily performed in a group home or residential setting, with occasional travel to various locations for meetings and events. May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed.
