As a agent, financial services, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertaining their needs to direct them to the appropriate individuals or alternative channels.
Collaborate with personal finance advisors to enhance the service offered to members.
