The role:
Due to an international relocation, we are looking for a People Operations Partner to be based out of our Mission Hill Winery office in West Kelowna. In this role, you are a strategic human resources business partner to our employees and leaders in Marketing and Guest Experience and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, seasonal employee strategies and performance management. We are a small yet mighty People Operations team who work very closely and collaboratively together to support our collection of Okanagan wineries including Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin’s Lane, CheckMate Artisanal Winery, Road 13 Vineyards, Liquidity Wines, Red Barn, and our farming operation Sebastian Farms.

This role is based in West Kelowna at our Mission Hill winery office and relocation support will be provided to the successful candidate. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!

Mark Anthony is committed to hiring, engaging, and growing qualified, talented, and motivated team members at every level of our organization. The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
