Qualifications

  • Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.

We are seeking professional individuals with superior customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong drive to showcase their scheduling abilities.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Communicate: Engage professionally with patients, families, staff, and funder organizations.
  2. Process: Handle funder referrals and updates efficiently in the EMR (Procura).
  3. Review: Collaborate with Supervisors, field employees, and patients to assess service needs.
  4. Schedule: Assign care providers based on client needs, geographic area, staff skill-set, and availability.
  5. Coordinate: Ensure consistent caregiver assignments and service delivery.
  6. Notify: Keep patients and staff informed of schedules, both initial and ongoing.
  7. Utilize: Optimize staff schedules to meet their availability and client care needs.
  8. Document: Maintain accurate records in the EMR.
  9. Resolve: Address patient concerns promptly and follow escalation pathways.

Education
  • Secondary School Diploma.
  • Completion of a related certificate/diploma, such as Medical Terminology or Office Administration, is preferred.
Experience and Abilities
  • At least two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven customer service skills, ideally in healthcare or a high-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle issues tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet, EMR).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills; capable of working independently.
  • Positive work and attendance record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Advanced keyboarding and scheduling software skills, with a willingness to learn.
